RULES OF PLAY

Happyscamps ask their visitors to adhere to the rules of play as set out below to ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for all.

 

 

  • Parents & Guardians must remain on the premises at all times and supervise their children on the play equipment and in the toilets. It is the responsibility of the adult to ensure the children use the equipment safely whilst following the rules of the cafe. Staff will be observing and will intervene when necessary but ultimately the responsibility lies with the parent/guardian..
  • For the safety of all we ask children not to take toys into the soft play area, not to climb up the slides or the sides of the netting. Also please don’t climb on the tables or play house.
  • Please report any concerns regarding the behaviour of another child or parent to a member of staff. At no time should you intervene yourself.
  • Shoes must be removed before entering the play area and socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults. Socks can be purchased. 
  • Only food and drink purchased from Happyscamps can be consumed with the exception of babies 0-6 months who are weaning. Please note staff will be monitoring and anyone found to be consuming their own food will be asked to put it away or dispose of.
  • Strictly no food or drink items are allowed on any of the play equipment. 
  • Children/adults who have experienced diarrhea or vomiting we ask you leave it 48 hours before visiting. Along with all other infectious childhood illnesses please refrain from visiting until the infectious period is over. If unsure please speak with a manager/supervisor on shift.
  • Nappy changing and the use of potties must be carried out in the toilets or designated baby change area for health and safety reasons. Please ensure all nappies are placed in bags in the nappy bin provided in the baby changing area. Please note we do not supply nappy changing items.
  • Please report any damage to the soft play, toys or fixtures within Happyscamps to a member of staff.
  • Fighting, bullying, abusive, aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff or other members of the public will not be tolerated under any circumstances and you will be asked to leave immediately.
  • Management reserve the right to refuse entry.

      COVID 19 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Upon entry to the cafe and before using the softplay we ask all customers to sanitise your hands. Sanitising stations are positioned throughout the cafe and soap and water is available in the customer toilets.
  • Please do not attend if you or any member of your party are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19, including a temperature above 37.8, a new continuous cough, loss of taste or sense of smell.
